Sun. May 19th: Shot and a Beer
Dear Diners and Culinary Adventurers,
The Stags invite you back to a very special dining and sporting experience at the Pacific Rod & Gun Club for a brewmaster’s dinner with Almanac Beer. This barrel-aged and farm to table event will highlight seasonal ingredients from the Bay Area and the release of several new beers from Almanac.
In addition to this sportsman’s-inspired meal, you will have the opportunity to shoot a round of skeet with shotguns guided by experts who are trained in firearm safety.
We are thrilled to bring back Chris Cheng, the winner of History Channel’s Top Shot contest, who will be providing expert instruction. For novice shooters, this will be a great introduction to the sport and a chance to rediscover a magical place that is integral to San Francisco’s sportsman heritage. This picturesque setting has hosted generations of sportsmen such as Ernest Hemingway, who would drop in for a round whenever he came to San Francisco. We hope you will join us for a lovely Sunday outing at our most popular destination.
